Description
The E-MONSOON is an advanced RF induction-type electron source designed for charge compensation and process enhancement in: Ion beam sputtering systems, Ion beam etching/cleanin, Surface activation processes, Research and industrial plasma applications.
High-frequency inductive discharge with extraction diaphragm, it delivers: High electron current: Up to 1000 mA, electron energy less then 50 eV, stable charge neutralization for positive space charge compensation.
