Description
The HONOR series of high-frequency power supplies are designed to generate stable RF power for:
- Plasma and ion-plasma material processing systems
- Laser excitation systems
- RF heating applications
- Other industrial processes requiring precise RF energy delivery
These power supplies maintain controlled and stabilized RF output voltage even when driving loads with: Highly variable impedance,  Wide impedance fluctuations (from near short-circuit to open-circuit conditions).
Control Options
The unit offers multiple control interfaces:
- External PLC control via ModBus RTU protocol
- PC control using HONOR Remote Control software (ModBus RTU)
- Local control via integrated touchscreen interface (available on select models)
