Description
High-frequency switching and power distribution systems are designed for selective routing of power signals (RF, DC, or pulsed) between multiple devices. These solutions provide significant cost savings by eliminating the need for duplicate RF power supply systems while enabling multi-mode operation with different current types.
Product Variants:
1. RFS-I (Input Switching System)
-Enables single RF generator to power multiple RF devices sequentially
-Routes generator output to multiple matching networks in alternating fashion
2. RFS-O (Output Switching System)
- Allows single generator and matching network to power multiple loads alternately
- Distributes matched RF power to different processing stations
3. RFS-DC (Multi-Mode Switching System)
- Provides automatic switching between RF and DC/pulsed power modes
Note: RFS-O and RFS-DC functions can be combined for complex power distribution scenarios involving different current types across multiple loads.
